And he voted for partial birth abortion. Even when babies are born and lived on botched abortions they kill them. These partial birth abortions are done on babies that are 6 months old too! McCain is not going to make abortion against the law though, he does not want women to perform abortions on themselves and possible kill themselves. When does the baby have a right to life? That being said, roe v wade was based on false information presented to the courts. It was a bad decision and has not been upheld by the Supreme Court.
