The New Kid On the Blog:What Is News to You and What Would You Like to See On This Blog?
![]()
Most of you reading this blog right now by all odds can guess that I’m the new kid on the block or shall I say, “blog” instead? Is anyone laughing? Guess not. As I am new to this site, I’m making good progress getting as much attention to it as possible through social networks like Myspace, Facebook, Digg and Talent Database among others. I’m a pretty new freelancer and I’m just starting to make money doing what I love. I prefer to write about socially provocative topics, philosophies, trends, ideas and so forth. Sometimes, politics is all the rage and other times the catalyst for it. While a human interest story such as this past week’s NBC News piece on the connection between our minds and our ability to lose weight. Still of course, there are those times where you, the reader, may just want reliable information in a trustworthy and through journalistic format.
With that said, I do not intend to pigeonhole my writing anymore than is expected of any self-respecting professional. Yet and moreover, I still want to be truly challenged to write well and with a continuous standard of inherent quality and imagination that will grip readers’ sense of wonder about the circus of a world in which we live. In other words, I want to make you want to read my blog because writing is what I take great pride and care in doing, and secondarily, it will put more money in my pocket and the pockets of those who work hard at maintaining this blog site.
So, Folks, now it’s your turn to tell the blogger what to blog or to heavily critique the blog’s content.
Pending topics include:
